Infinix launches a 260W fast charger, which will charge the phone up to 25% in a minute

Smartphone brand Infinix has launched a new 260W All-Round FastCharge charger for fast charging solutions. The company has also introduced 110W wireless all-round fastcharger with it. The newly launched Infinix Fast Charger is touted to be the fastest smartphone charger ever in the global market. The company claims that with the help of 260W all-round fast charge, the phone can be charged from 0 to 25 percent in just one minute.

According to the company, the all-round FastCharge technology sets a new benchmark for fast charging. Infinix’s 260W wired charging solution can charge the battery from 0 to 25 percent in one minute and up to 100 percent in eight minutes. And with the wireless all-round fast charger, the company claims to charge the device from 0 percent to 100 percent in 16 minutes.

This is how fast charging technology works

New technology includes a 12C battery with a 4-pump embedded system that distributes power as needed. Infinix’s new all-round FastCharge charging system has a charging efficiency of 98.5 percent. At the same time, during the testing of fast charging, a 4,400 mAh battery was used. Even after charging and discharging the phone 1,000 times, the battery capacity remained at 90 percent.

To make the charger high power density and compact size, its charging technology uses an adapter, which is made with the help of GaN material and AHB circuit infrastructure. According to Infinix, the cable has been modified to carry up to 13A of current, allowing for lightning-fast 260W charging.

The company says that this charging solution supports wired and wireless charging as well as reverse charging, bypass charging and multi-protocol charging. With its help, Power Delivery 3.0 support is also available.
